As an independent stylist, my time is valuable and I dedicate each appointment especially for you. To respect both my schedule and other clients, I kindly ask that you follow my no-show and cancellation policy: Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you do not show up to your appointment without notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you are 15 minutes late or more, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may be applied.
